The dual rink facility is open YEAR-ROUND for public skating. Dress in layered clothing, long pants, socks, and gloves.
Coin-operated lockers are available.  Concession stand is seasonal.  Vending machines are available year-round.

On street parking is free most nights and weekends, where available.  Parking for public skaters is available at a reduced rate depending upon the length of stay in the Pan Am parking garage.  Customers must obtain a "chaser" ticket when paying for public skating admission.  Both the original "pulled" ticket and the "chaser" ticket must be presented on exit.  IWSA is not responsible for any changes made to this policy by the Pan Am parking garage.  The garage will charge a higher price on some "event" days and the chaser tickets and reduced rate will not be honored.

Circle Center Mall Garage   (317-681-5670) Normal parking rate is $1.50 for up to three hours.  The Garage does charge "event rates" payable on exit.  If there is an "event rate", the garage normally charges their normal rate provided each car can  show $20 worth of receipts from Mall merchants.  This can be a combination of receipts including food receipts.

Merchants Garage - (317- 638-8062)  ( 31 South Meridian Street)  lists Event Parking rate of $10.00 for sold out events at Lucas Stadium.  Event parking starts four (4) hours before the scheduled event.  If you park in the garage before the start of "event parking", you may be subject to the regular parking rates.  The total bill could be more than the "event rate."

I/WSA offers discounts for groups of 15 or more. Private party rooms and instructors available. Reservations must be made five days in advance. You will need to provide the number of skaters attending, the session you wish to attend, and a contact person with phone number to receive a confirmation number for your public party.

Private ice rental is available for groups or individuals based on a per hour rate plus rental skates. Skating and broomball is available. Off-ice space can be provided for other activities. Private broomball is available for groups. Broomball is basically hockey except you use a broom instead of a stick, a ball instead of a puck and you wear your shoes instead of skates. Ask about using half the rink for broomball and half for ice skating during a private skating party. Call (317) 237-5565  or email Pam Robinson for more information on any of these parties.

*Pan Am Late Skate is the skating session on Friday and Saturday nights in the winter from 10:30pm to 12:00am from the beginning of December through the end of January. There is one admission, $5.50, and if you bring your own skates, we'll give you $2.50 off. Admission is the same for all ages. Because of this deep discount, no further discounting is available for groups.

Girl Scout Adventure Patches* can be earned during any of our public skating sessions.  This patch is given to Girl Scouts and troop leaders only, but the special rate is good for all members of the party!!!  Bring your family or friends along and they can skate at the discounted rate!  There is a minimum of 7 Girl Scouts per party. All parties must be reserved in advance and request should be made for the Girl Scouts Ice Skating Adventure Patch. The number of patches needed should also be noted. You may pay when you arrive.  Cost is $5.00 for all Girl Scouts or anyone else 11 and under. Adults are just $5.75. That includes admission, skate rental, and a patch for each of the Scouts.
