Please note that all I/WSA ADULT pick-up hockey is for players ages 18 and over ONLY! It is open to the public (ages 18 and over only). Cost = $10/player Goaltenders are FREE {Return to top} Women's Hockey I/WSA is the official practice center for the Circle City Sirens, the only women's hockey team in Indianapolis. The Sirens season is generally August-April and is split into Fall and Spring sessions. Cost is $200/session, which includes about 15 practices. Practices are held on Tuesday nights from 7:15-8:15pm at I/WSA. To find out more about the Sirens, click here. A three week round robin play-off series will follow with the final championship games for each division taking place on SATURDAY, April 13, 2008. The A Division will be comprised of four teams with the Pylons, Hat World North Stars, Slippery Noodle Blues and Weasels. The B Division will be comprised of six teams with the Rebels, Ducks, IBEW, Penn Station Packrats, Iceholes and Warriors. The C Division will be comprised of eight teams with the Moose, Rolls Royce Turbines, Pepsi Challengers, MAS Wiseguys, Grizzlies and Divots returning. New additions to the C division are the Ice Wolves and the Nu Boyz. The league fee structure will be $458 for players and $258 for goalies. LEAGUE FEES CANNOT BE PAID DIRECTLY TO INDIANA/WORLD SKATING ACADEMY. On-line registration is available at the sPortability web site and will be the only payment option with credit cards. If you register on-line, you can utilized an optional 4-way split payment feature that will charge you 40% of your fees at registration, 20% on October 31, 20% on November 30 and 20% on December 29, 2007. This option will cost you an extra $1 per payment. Here's a link to the sPortability site: Click Here If you intend to only participate in the first half of the season, do not register on-line. Your half-season fees of $279 must be paid by check or cash directly to the Indianapolis Hockey Club. All other league fee payments can only be made by check or cash directly to the Indianapolis Hockey Club. Any returned checks will be accessed a $30 fee and the player will be suspended from further participation until full payment is received by the Indianapolis Hockey Club. USA Hockey fees are not included in the registration fees. USA Hockey has implemented a direct on-line registration procedure at www.usahockey.com. After registering on-line, be sure to print a copy of your registration confirmation to submit to the league or forward the email confirmation to indyhockeyclub@aol.com. If you are registering directly with the Indianapolis Hockey Club, you must pay the USA Hockey IMR fee and Mid-Am Hockey fee separately before your first game on September 16, 2007. These two fees total $35.00. Here's a link to the USA Hockey registration site; http://www.usahockeyregistration.com Team uniforms are the responsibility of the individual teams. Matching jerseys are the only mandatory uniform requirement for teams participating in the IHC. The IWSA Pro Shop is a good source for team jerseys from Athletic Knit and they can assist with team logo printing. Team sponsorships are welcomed and encouraged to help defray this cost. Please contact IHC for jersey color approval PRIOR to purchasing new jerseys. If you are a returning member of the Indianapolis Hockey Club, your name should already be set up in the sPortability web site for on-line registration. The team rosters that are loaded in this coming season's data are from last season's rosters.
